How does it work?

The first step is to contact us with details of the problems you're having or symptoms you're experiencing, preferably with a description of what you were doing immediately before the problem first occurred.  We can often make an initial diagnosis over the phone or by email, which allows our engineer to visit with any parts that are likely to be needed.  In this way we can more often than not fix your issues in a single visit.

Should it be impossible to fully diagnose the problem without a visit, our engineer will visit your home and use more detailed analysis techniques and tools to identify what's gone wrong.  The aim, once again, is to fix the problem during this visit.  Occasionally this will not be possible, and the engineer will have to order parts.  At this point you have the choice of either retaining the machine and awaiting a second engineer visit, or having the engineer bring your equipment to our labs for repair at a lower hourly rate.  Naturally, a receipt will be given for any equipment taken away.  The repaired machine will be returned at the earliest opportunity convenient to you.
