At Demsoft we like to keep our charging options simple.  We have two rates :

-- All estimates and initial diagnosis are free of charge
-- £15 per hour for all work carried out in the field
-- £10 per hour for all work carried out on our own premises
-- All parts required supplied at below high-street prices
-- Call-outs within a 20 mile radius of our Tewkesbury base are free of charge, outside this area a charge for 1 hour's work will be applied
